Pistachub chocolate wafer

Ingredients:
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 Owner
- 300ml milk
- 80g melted butter
- Chocolate sauce
- Bananas
For the topping:
- 20 g Pistachub

- Waffle iron
- Bowls

Step 1
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, crack and whisk the eggs. Add the milk and melted butter and stir well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a whisk to form a smooth dough.

- Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it if necessary.
- Pour a ladle full of batter into the waffle iron and cook the waffles according to the waffle iron manufacturer's instructions until golden brown and crispy.
- Place the warm waffles on plates and garnish with chocolate sauce and sliced bananas.

- Finally, generously pour the sweet-salty pistachio sauce (Pistachub) over the waffles.
